• Due to the way our machines turn there will always be turf damage when driven on grass. This will be minimized to the best of our ability but some damage to grass is unavoidable.

• Forestry mulching and land clearing are very effective at removing unwanted vegetation, but vegetation will eventually grow back if the area is not maintained.

• The type of services that we have to offer require the weather to cooperate and the machinery to be operational. While we make every reasonable effort to be accurate with our scheduling, there will be times when services will be delayed due to weather or equipment repairs.

• Some forestry mulching projects will be rejected for safety reasons. Some examples include if the project is too close to a roadway or populated area that we cannot control, or if it is on a hill that is too steep.

• Card transactions are welcome but have a 3 % fee due to the high cost of payment processing
