A Word on Pricing
Pricing is a tricky subject. When it comes to this type of work, each and every job is unique. Factors such as weather, travel distance, ease of access to property, scheduling, terrain, slope angle of land, density and species of vegetation all play a major role in the time required to get a job done and the amount of wear and tear exerted on a machine in the process. Our general pricing guide is below. HOWEVER, understand that this is just a baseline. Your project is unique and there is a chance that your price will be a bit different than what is listed here. That being said, this price list is a good reference. Please contact us for an in depth look at your project, we will be excited to hear about it! We will most likely want to see it in person and give you a free consultation so you have the information you need to decide if a service is right for you.
In many cases on smaller projects we will give a quote, that way you are certain what your completed project will cost before it starts. On larger projects the price will depend on how long the project takes, and what equipment is necessary to accomplish it.
These prices are subject to change without notice (unless we have already discussed your specific project in which case quotes are generally good for 30 days). This is not a complete list but covers a lot of what we have to offer. *These prices are current as of 5-25-2026*

Mobilization
The price of mobilization covers the cost to move machinery to and from your project and the labor of loading an unloading. The prices listed are approximate and assume your project is located in Kentucky and within a 20 mile drive of 41017. Projects outside this range are likely welcome but the mobilization cost may be higher, while projects closer than 20 miles may have a lower cost of mobilization.
Mobilization cost for Takeuchi compact track loader and 1 attachment (digging bucket, mulching attachment, or grapple)- $195
Mobilization cost for Doosan skid steer loader and 1 attachment (digging bucket or grapple) - $145
Mobilization cost for each additional attachment for Doosan or Takeuchi - $95
Mobilization cost for Liebherr LR622B steel track loader- $1950
Mobilization cost for Cat D6C- $2500
Hourly Machine Rate
The hourly machine rates listed cover the cost to operate a machine on your project. For machines that take attachments ( most often skid steer type loaders) the powered unit has a base hourly rate that assumes there is only a digging bucket attached. Each attachment (such as a grapple or mulching attachment) has its own rate that is added to the base machine rate. Minimum quantities apply, that list is down below. Learn more about each machine on the page titled “Our Equipment”
Takeuchi TL11 hourly machine rate- $195/hour (assumes digging bucket, rates for different attachments are shown separately)
Doosan 460 hourly machine rate- $175/hour (assumes digging bucket, rates for different attachments are shown separately)
FAE mulching attachment (This is an add on to Takeuchi hourly rate as it requires Takuechi to use) hourly rate- $55/hour
Grapple attachment hourly rate - $25/hour
Liebherr LR622B steel track loader hourly rate - $295/hour
Cat D6C Bulldozer- $325/hour
Hourly labor rate while machines are not running - $105/hour
Quotes are free! This often involves an in person visit to see the project area first hand.
